Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Path to Purpose

1. Scope  
These T&C apply to all coaching services, online programs, events, and the "Purpose Pride" community offered by Nelja Besemer.  

 2. Services & Contract Formation  
(1) Booking a coaching session, program, or event is done via the website or by direct arrangement.  
(2) A binding contract is formed when the client confirms the booking and the provider accepts it.  

3. Participation Conditions & Client Responsibility  
(1) Coaching is not therapy and does not replace medical or psychological treatment.  
(2) The client is fully responsible for their own decisions and actions.  

4. Prices & Payment Terms  
(1) Current prices are listed on the website or agreed upon individually.  
(2) Payment is made via [bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, etc.] and is due in advance.  

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling  
(1) Coaching sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.  
(2) In case of short-notice cancellations or no-shows, the fee will not be refunded.  

6. Participation in the "Purpose Pride" Community  
(1) The community is intended for exchange and inspiration. Respectful interaction is mandatory.  
(2) The provider reserves the right to exclude participants in case of inappropriate behavior.  

7. Liability Disclaimer  
(1) The provider is not liable for personal or financial decisions made by the client.  
(2) The use of content from coaching sessions or the community is at the client's own risk.  

8. Data Protection  
The privacy policy available on the website applies.  

9. Final Provisions  
(1) Changes to the T&C will be communicated to the client in due time.  
(2) German law applies.
